Boating Safety Laws Revised

Please take note of these two boating safety law revisions:

1) Children must be 14 years of age and licensed to operate a watercraft alone. Children can be licensed at age 12 but must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years old until they reach 14.

2) Watercraft driver blood alchohol limits have been lowered from .10 to .08
